I'm curious to know if there are any people with both Sprue & DM who
take any of the diabetes oral meds that work in the intestinal system
... like metformin or precose......

It seems that would be the worse choice, as gas, bloating & diarrhea can
be side effects... yet me Doc said he would allow a person w/ Sprue to
try them.
