I did notice that. Somewhat odd in the context, if developing weapons of mass murder qualifies a nation for the "axis of evil", then Israel  seems qualified. As indeed is the US, Britain, France, etc.

If supplying weapons to the warring parties in Israel makes one an "axis of evil", then the US qualifies on that front too. Clear case of the pot calling the kettle black.
