One good example of webmail can be seen at www.accessiblemail.com a
small but perfectly formed solution.  Free for a trial account and a
small charge there after depending on volume - can be integrated with
your existing pop3 or imap account although this isn't automatic.

Thank you everyone for your insight into the webmail software's.  It
seems that unless you are a sophisticated computer/screen reader user,
and willing to take the time and effort to learn to jump through hoops,
that webmail software is not an equally accessible way of communication
for college students.  Hopefully, designers will improve the interface
in the near future.
