Robbb - Just a quick comment and a query:

I've looked through the exercises and I must say i was most impressed with
the guys doing the rope climb (I have watched that a few times!) and the
demonstration of the Turkish Get-up (An excellent slide-show, by the
way). What weight are the yellow plates in your gym? In mine they are
15kg Eleiko plates, but yours are a deeper yellow than Eleiko's. I
struggle with a 20kg Get-Up; your Dave seems to be doing a 50kg Get-Up
with ease!

Thanks for the links.

Keith
