I'd have to say that it's absolute crap to say that fat doesn't make you
fat. The fat that makes you fat is the omega 6 oils- safflower sunflower,
corn cottonseed soybean oils, peanut oil. NONE are paleolithic, all are
Johny come lately's with the exception of peanut oil which might have been
around a bit longer than the others.

It's tempting but incorrect to group all fats together. Don't be wrong just
for the sake of being different.

The people who lost weight on low fat diets (there were a few) all did so by
cutting out omega 6 margarines. But their theory was wrong, they went and
cut out all other fats but that didn't lead to further weight loss.
