Thanks so much for the reply. :)  I'd like to continue taking supplements,
though, because osteoporosis runs in my family.  I'm in my 30s and have been
taking calcium supplements for years in an attempt to prevent the disease when
I'm older.

I'll definitely buy some fortified foods tomorrow, but I'd still love to know
if Caltrate and Tums are dairy-free.  If they're not, I'll have to try to
find something else.
