I had to do that when my favourite Shepherdboy "Just So" crispy rice
carob bars ceased to be stocked by my local independent health food
store.

I bought a whole box and I had a month's worth of 3pm snacks in the top
drawer at the office:-)

I must get round to doing it again.

These bars aren't only dairy free: they're also cocoa free.

http://www.shepherdboy.co.uk/carob/index.htm should bring up the page
describing them.
