I know. I am very interested and don't want to turn her off to dating me. On the other end I'm a Personal trainer by trade and it really is a large part of my life to live an breathe paleo as I see it turn lives around 180 on the regular. She seems to have a strong interest in wellness and won't leave the subject alone - but I don't want to overwhelm her.

I can't speak for her, but for me personally, it would be a huge turn-off to have someone I just started dating telling me one of the fundamental aspects of my life was all wrong (even if it was).
