There is no simple command to burn a DVD unless you create a .vbs or .bat file.
While there is a something like a DVD facility in Vista,it's not available in XP -
natively, only CD burning is supported.
In any case,you're much better off to use a dedicated burning program.
Also many DVD burners come with a limited edition of burning software.
Once installed as the default burner, r-clicking on a file will usually give you the
option to burn the file to CD or DVD.If not,open the burning program and select which
files you want to burn or drag them to your burner (drive).
