It has been my experience if it is low to use a program like Acronis and clone the drive to a larger drive. Drives are cheap and the time it takes to do is minimal compared to a band-aid fix of moving stuff around.

"C" is running low on space and I would like to transfer some stuff to the "D" (larger) drive. I use Windows Mail. Can I transfer the mail files to "D" and still make them available? If I transfer programs to "D" will they still work? Thank you for you advice.
