After unsuccesfully restoring a full registry backup (Reg format) many
programs complain
"C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\mscoreei.dll could not be
found." I looked for the .dll and it is there. I get this error when
running small basic and my Intel HD graphics program. But not when running
Visual Studio 2010. this stops me from doing many things. Any suggestions?
