        I'd have said no - that all medical personnel should use Mr, Mrs.,
etc.
        My experience with Kleinian analysts is that they remain quite
formal. Mine addressed me as 'Dr. Young' on the few occasions that he had
to use a name. Before that I had a Middle Group analyst who used my first
name.
