Laurie and list,

Best to be extremely careful when taking anything for "adrenal"
supplementation.  There is a kind of licorice root (not the candy) and other
substances found in nature that can suppress your natural adrenal gland
function, leaving you with less cortisol than before (may do more harm than
good, to say it another way).  A top-notch endocrinologist could evaluate
your adrenal status, and you would know better where you stand.
