I was diagnosed with restless leg syndrome during the last trimester of the
first pregnancy.  I am once again having the problem during my second
pregnancy.  I think the problem is very mild during the time that I am not
pregnant as I do not like to sleep without a blanket or pillow between my
legs.  If I do sleep without those then I don't like my legs to
touch....it's almost like a sensory overload.

My mother mentioned that she heard that restless legs were a symptom of a
low calcium level.  I tried adding a glass of milk per day and it does seem
to help.
