Subject: acne
Has anyone experienced persistent but moderate acne as a symptom of
Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, adrenal insufficiency or another autoimmune
condition?
NG
Hi NG,
I had a terrible bout with hives related to the auto immune thing at one
time I was taking huge amounts of different antihistamines just so I wouldn't
scratch myself to a bleeding state. At one time I was taking Singulair,
Attorax, Zantac (has antihistamine qualities) most people dont know about. I am
still taking Zyrtec and can't go more than a day or two without beginning to
breakout on my shoulder area first. Get back on my zyrtec and I am fine within
a few hours again. Perhaps your experiencing something similar?
Penny
