I wonder what the likelihood is of your thyroid dying off rapidly during
this past year?  If this is what is going on, then that would explain the
tsh repeatedly rising accompanied with your symptoms.

The other things to check are:  are you taking your levoxyl under the same
exact conditions every day? (Calcium and iron, food, and some other
medications affect the absorption).  Are you taking your levoxyl with plenty
of water?  Apparently, the newer levoxyl formulation breaks down easier and
some people are experiencing hypo symptoms on the newer formulation.  Are
your levoxyl pills being kept out of a humid and hot environment which may
affect their potency?  Are your pills fresh rather than expired?

I got rechecked after 3 months of the .56 and my TSh has jumped to
a 9! How can that be? Why do I start to feel better then feel worse each
time, yet still have my tsh go down only to have it hike up to this 9?
