I have just returned from my doctors appt. I wanted him to review my file,
with the latest results. The doctor who read me my thyroid results last
week along with my ovary ultra sound, said I had Graves.
Today my doctor gave me my results, told me to come back in 3 months for
blood work.
He cannot tell me what the following test result means, and said he's have
to call someone. I started to cry in his office. This is so not like me.
Thyroglobulin (new Test)<60.....my result read 120*
Antithyroglobulin <41.....my result <20
Can anyone shed any light? Please?
All my other tests fall into the norm ranges.
I said to him, maybe I should go see a holistic doctor...he said ohhhhhh a
Holy doctor? I said it get my frustration across to him, but to no avail.
He said my crying could be due to PMS. I told him I started the birth
control pill on Sunday for my ovarian cysts, so I am not PMSing.
If anyone can shed any light on this, I have a 20x28x18 mm cysts on my
thyroid that was needle biopsied and deemed a benign colloid cyst.
I just don't know where to turn anymore for help. Or maybe deaths doorstep
is the only way I'll ever be treated by this doctor.
