hi laurie,
it certainly happened to me when i was very symptomatic and only on 30mg
of armour. i'm at 90 now and my speech improved. it's sometimes not as
sharp as it should be, and i still lose my train of thought from time to
time, but much better than when i was on 30 or even 60mg.
since then, i've noticed slurred or drunken speech being documented as
one of the many symptoms of hypothyroidism.
the only other time i've slurred my speech was many years ago, on a dose
of wellbutrin, the anti-depressant.
