Harry.
I had a similar problem a few days ago.
I did a restart, and, things were good again.

Subject: [VICUG-L] making progress on explorer not being able to open folders

     Hi all,

Well folks, this is what I have done.

I went to task manager, and restarted explorer.exe, and that fixed it.

However, when I plug in my thumb drive, I go to the desktop, and try to
open a folder, I get the problem I mentioned earlier, so who knows, but
that's the latest.

Harry
