You didn't tell us what internet security package you are using as that 
too could be the culprit.

When I run into situations such as this, I turn to the Jaws for Windows 
support list

This Groups.io list has many many experienced Jaws users and is truly the 
best place to turn for problem solving.

It's probably something simple and silly to solve your issue; and, when 
I've been there (as we all have been at one time or another), the above 
list has been a lifesaver and where one can learn a lot about your screen 
reader.
