Harry,

Even if you couldn't get JAWS or windows keystrokes to work, I don't understand why JAWS isn't responding. I would suggest upgrading to the latest version of JAWS to take advantage of its new features. You can upgrade using the home annual license option and the cost is reasonable. Make sure Chrome is up-to-date. If I'm not mistaken, Chrome updates automatically. Give us more information about the version of windows, and computer model. When you press alt plus tab to go to another open application, does JAWS start speaking? This would be helpful information. I'm sure the problem can be resolved; we just need more information.

Thanks,
Dan

Subject: [VICUG-L] key strokes did not work

     Hi David, and all,

I did try pressing the tab key, and jaws did not speak, on the web page.

Then, I tried jaws key, also called the insert key and z and nothing happened.

Harry
