I have many Echo devices, and they are not affected by having blue 
tooth devices in operation. They are each able to connect to other 
devices using blue tooth, but that requires intentional set up. Echo 
devices use voice commands as you said, and are dependent on WIFI, not 
bluetooth. To figure out what the problem is you are having would 
require more information.
