You should also set the browser you are using not to refresh either either 
permanently or just for the time you are on a refreshable page/website.
Different browsers handle specific situations differently; so if you have 
an issue with one, as you are having with Realtor.com, try another.
You may be surprised as to what happens.

And you can always refresh the page, when and if needed, with f5 or the 
JAWS update page command insert+escape.
The 2 commands have slightly different results; so playing with them makes 
sense.
I don't quite understand the differences when they occur, but both have 
proven useful.
