Can you identify a specific website where you're having this problem--I have JAWS 2021 and have not experienced it. The closest I've come is some websites that tend to load more slowly, possibly because Flash and other animated content is involved. Also, I do know that if a specific website has a lot of links (say over 1000), Firefox, more than any of the other browser, really has a problem loading it.

I have JAWS 2021 and when I go to some websites using Firefox, JAWS says blank when I try to navigate on the screen. It doesn't seem to happen using Google Chrome. Any ideas?
