Mike,

JAWS could be the issue. I use multiple screenreaders and browsers for those
times when a website isn't navigable with a particular screenreader and
browser combination. It's worth spending the money for a JAWS home annual
license. I don't think the price is unreasonable considering it is less than
many software subscriptions people buy. It's simple to purchase, authorize,
and update the home annual version of JAWS. I use JAWS and NVDA as my
screenreaders. I use Firefox, Chrome, and Edge as my browsers. One feature I
like about Edge is the Immersive Reader. I use Firefox the most out of
habit. I remember when someone suggested I stop using Internet Explorer. I
thought the world had ended but when I started using Firefox things were
fine. I have not used Brave, but it might be worth a try. I believe it's
important to try different software to get out of your comfort zone.

Dan

Dan

I wonder if using JFW2020 could be a part of the issue perhaps triggered by
something in a recent Chrome update.

Personally, just for stuff like this, I keep 3 browsers on a system -- Brave
(which at the moment is my default), Chrome and Edge.
Each serves a purpose but can be intertwined in a pinch.
Since Edge is my least favorite at the moment, I use it as a launching pad
for .bat files designed to play stations that use a web-based player which I
like to launch immediately.

Incidentally, the nice thing about Brave is that in its default mode blocks
most advertising.

I discovered quite by accident in a Brian Hartgen computer course.
