Take a look at the Amazon Alexa Microwave. You can order a tactile overlay for it when you place your order.

Subject: [VICUG-L] Accessible Microwave

Does anyone know of a microwave oven for which the manufacturer
provides an adhesive braille overlay for the touch pad?

I'm not interested in a talking microwave, so, I will continue labeling
mine with dymotape if the kind mentioned above isn't available.

Thanks.
