Hi all,

Well folks, I tried Chrome again, and it still didn't talk, so I 
thought, let's see if Jaws key b does anything.

I pressed it, and it said the top of the web page, "home American 
council of the blind."

I always use that page, as a test page, to see if internet is working.

So at least it says that much, but I still cannot use my down arrow key 
to read down the web page.
