nterested, I waited til the weekend to try it - just in case of side-effects, I
anted to be home.
I am pleasantly surprised to say that I have consumed a little container of it
6 oz. I think - completely without symptoms. By now, if there were more than
trace, I'd be having symptoms, as I'm pretty intolerant.
My wife tasted it and says it's as good as the regular Yoplait - never having
een able to taste it, I'll take her word for it. Not quite as lite as their
light" which she eats, but not too bad either.

I also tried Lactaid Yoghurt. While I also/still/yet have no symptoms, the
lavor and the consistency of that yoghurt aren't as good as the Yoplait is.
till they both beat the hell out of the taste of the Soy-gurts I've tried. IMO

Yoplait comes in the 6 oz. container and in a 4-pack of 4 oz.; and in multiple
lavors. Lactaid comes in 6 oz. containers, and I think only 3 flavors.
