They do have some accessibility provisions embedded in their system. However, you have to email them and tell them that you need the content accessible, at which point they will unlock the content. There's also a special project called STEPP which further remediates some of the textbooks offered by CourseSmart. You can find more about the STEPP project here: http://stepp.gatech.edu/faq.php
