My diagnosis of  osteopenia has changed now to osteoporosis despite weight bearing exercises.  I hesitate to take Ca supplements b/c of of the possibility of kidney stones.  
 I don't drink cow's milk but do use yogurt.
What is anyone  using in the form of meds or supplements that have made a difference?  Of course they must be gf.
