Hello, all. I am using the latest update of JAWS with Windows 11 and Outlook 365. I am noticing two issues.

 

Emails from a couple of list I am subscribed to, including this one, are sometimes going to my junk mail folder. The second issue is stranger.

 

One of my email addresses is an Outlook.com address. When I check the inbox, it doesn’t check all of the emails. By this I mean that if I press Tab, Focused is checked. After reading through the original list of emails, I have to press Tab twice to get to Other, and then check that box. Then the other emails in the inbox will be read.

 

Can anyone tell me how to resolve these two annoying issues? Thanks much.
