Hello Ted and list: Yes, Ted; that turned the trick; thanks! Now it’s reading as I want it to! Thanks and will keep these instructions around for reference in case I forget how I did this!

Tom:
I assume you’re using a standard desktop computer. If so, this is what you need to do to list the documents in alphabetical order.
Now Your Documents folder should read correctly. Interestingly, when you press Enter on the Names check box, it doesn’t remove the check mark—it only reverses the order in which your list of documents appears.
Good luck.

Subject: [VICUG-L] Changing From Ascending To Decending
Hello List: Somehow or other, in the Documents folder, what was on the bottom is now on the top and vise versa; I want to turn it back as it was, but can find no way to do it! So can someone tell me what the command is for Jaws to accomplish this? Am running latest version of Jaws with Windows 10. Have tried shift-F10, Alt-F and maybe a couple others…no soap! How do I put what is now on top back on the bottom and the bottom back at the top?
Many thanks,
Tom Kaufman
