Obvious suggestion, find a more reliable provider? Doesn't seem like there should be a problem with the phone although you just might want to upgrade to the most recent update since most of the bugs are cleaned up and security issues are handled. I have the 14 and have updated it to the newest version, not 17. The issue I have, and have been having for more than 6 months, and I can't get any resolution out of Consumer Cellular, is that I lose network connectivity about 2 or 3 times a month. Sometimes it's more than that. I can't call nor text anyone. Consumer Cellular, restarts the network for the phone and everything is fine.for a while. They tell me that there is no reason to replace the phone, I got it in January of 2023 What the hell is going on and why? How can I prevent this from happening? Thanks for any suggestions.
