Are you sure that it did not come with talkback,  built in. With OEM  tvs,  itt should b there. I have not seen or heard  of OEM tvs not coming with accessibility builtin , especially tv from 2019 and above as I havea few herand all have some sortof accessibility built in. Unles its the off brand tv boxes,  which are all Chinese knock offs,  all have similar spec internals, with  forked AOSP, android,   on board. 

Hello, all. We have a Phillips Smart TV running Android. I have heard that we can install TalkBack on this TV, but we haven’t figured out how to do this.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks much.
