Whoa. It’s been a long time since I’ve posted anything on here but I wanted to share with you our experience with the new Krusteaz GF coffee cake mix. It is awesome! I made it for our son, who has Celiac, as it’s his birthday today, and he loved it. I also tasted it and, in my opinion, it’s as good as any regular/gluten coffee cake mix on the market. The rest will go back to school with him for a quick breakfast before classes at the U. of Arizona.

Isn’t it nice to have a good review once in a while? I know, it’s “junk” food, but having a tasty treat occasionally is not a bad thing.
