Hello all,
Would you use any supplements (vitamins) which do not have gluten ingredients but manufacturer (on phone call) cannot guarantee it is gluten free due to possible cross contamination?
Similarly, would you purchase a product, such as almonds, where the label states it is processed in a facility which also processes food containing wheat, etc.?
If you wouldn't purchase such products, then the easiest thing to do is to purchase only products labeled gluten free.  (It saves you a phone call.)
But what about, for example, tomato sauce which has no gluten ingredients but also does not state anything about possible cross contamination?
Thank you!
Roselyn
