No. Le ver latino moderne es francese, italiano, portugese etc., que totes habe duo generes (masculin/feminin) e conjugationes e tempores del verbo multo plus complicate que in le systema de interlingua. 

Interlingua es interlingua, e non latino moderne. Interlingua es un fusion del vocabulario romance con un grammatica largemente derivate del anglese, con un poco de espaniol (exemplo: lo).
