indica un adjectivo. Assi
isto non pote esser appositional,

'general' es e un substantivo e un
adjectivo. Assi Secretario General
es appositional solmente si le
individuo con iste titulo es un
'general'. Alteremente un
secretario general es un secretario
con general deberes o responsabilitates,
e 'general' es un adjectivo.
