Le propositiones in omen libros de interlingua es archistupide. Io usa
sempre: Le hora nove quaranta, Le hora novem zero cinque, o novem e
cinque. In le vespere io dice Le hora vinti-un e cinque.

Novem e medie, novem e 30 es bon.
In le vespere: vinti-un e medie; vinti-un e trenta.

Si on dice "novem horas" on pote creder que il se tracta de un durata de
tempore.
