No, le h in italiano nunquam se pronuncia.
Isto es solo un forma orthographic, assi como a vices on usa le accento 
in parolas monosyllabic pro clarificar le parola.
P.ex.:

da = ex/ab
dà = (ille) da

se = si
sé = se (pronomine)
