to turn off (an electric appliance) - extinguer (un apparato electric)
to turn on (an electric appliance) - accender (un apparato electric)

Edo

> (47) to turn off; eteindre; disconnectar, "I think I'll turn off the monitor
> (now)/(at this point)" "Io crede que io nunc va disconnectar le monitor"
> (48) to turn on; allumer; connectar, "I don't think he's turned on his
> systema usque nunc"
