"Beijos" ["bejZus] (*) es nihil plus que le plural de "beijo", e significa

A pena isto es un argot/slang!

Le suffixo diminutive in portugese es "-inho" ["iJu].

Il ha un forma "pigre" (argotic?) de dicer lo: "-im" ["i~].

Isto produce le diminutivo "beijim" [bej"Zi~], con le plural "beijins"
[bej"Zi~s].

E isto non significa plus que "basiettos"/"little kisses".
