Randy,
   You are to be congratulated for starting and sustaining Structural
Equation Modelling.  It has become the premiere journal in this field
under your leadership. But I know how much of a task it is to be an
editor and the need eventually to find another life.  Good luck in your
next endeavors.  And may things go well with the new editor.
