Hello.  I think that it is a good idea to try to make AIDS drugs available
to Africa.  But more loans?  Africa is in enough debt already.  Is loans the
real route to go?
     It is just a thought, and I understand if this is the only route to
procuring drugs to combat AIDS.  it just gives me an odd feeling to know
that African countries may obtain loans, with interest, and end up in deeper
debt than they already are.
