Ron is a very busy man especially when Tiger is winning and I would not
try to distract him.

As for folksin the Gambia, we must do all we can to help them recognize
fly-by investors when they see one. Far too many we have seen them taken
for a ride. Remember Buried Hills' oil exploration, Ukraine-Gambia 25M
Euro Fertilizer plant,  21st Century Gambia Project in Bijilo, the list
goes on.  At the end, the guys get "the great Kanilai hospitality" and
Gambians are left to foot the bill.
