Mr.Jeng:
This is a GREAT question. With the interest (understandably) generated
by the "old-timer's" posting "where are you", I wanted to wait until the
excitement subsided a little, before coming up with a proposal regarding
the elections and some other important announcements.

I am unable to do this today. I will be tied up all day with classes and
other mundane stuff that need attending to.  I will, however, say
something about my proposal tomorrow, and make an announcement regarding
an interesting political development at home. God willing. Thanks for
your question.
