Fankung,Any news from Banjul should be treated with caution because any noise could be news. Remember THE FAMOUS Allah's BANK. You and I know Allah had not created a BANK for even his most beloved prophet Muhammad (phuh) much more an infidel idol woshipper like "JUU FURUNTU"

Gambia: Breaking News: ABACHA CONTAINER MONEY WITH JAMMEH: A MYSTERY TO NIGERIANS!

ABACHA CONTAINER MONEY WITH JAMMEH: A MYSTERY TO NIGERIANS!
By Pa Nderry M’BaiAuthor’s E-mail: [log in to unmask]
Tel. 919-749-6319Late dictator Sani Abacha of Nigeria had in mind prior to his demise to invest in Gambia. He was working on a multimillion dollars housing project to be coordinated by dictator Yahya Jammeh, sources close to the Jammeh State House said. The project unfortunately never touches the ground. This was largely due to Abacha’s sudden death—rendering a brief power vacuum in the populous West African country.
But that did not stop Jammeh of Gambia to hijack the Abacha project funds. For Jammeh, Abacha’s funds was a fortune from God. A twenty foot container filled with United States dollar bills from the late Nigerian Head of State Abacha was addressed to President Yahya Jammeh, which he (Jammeh) later pocketed.
Nigerians both at home and abroad will be shocked this morning to read that half of their treasury funds were clandestinely smuggled to the Gambia by Abacha, with the help of his “son” Yahya Jammeh.
How Abacha and Jammeh managed to ship such a huge amount of money to the Gambia without the knowledge of Nigerian Custom Agents beats one’s imagination. But there was nothing impossible under Abacha’s rule.
Like, Jammeh, Abacha was widely feared by Nigerians. He succeeds in instilling fear into the minds of his countrymen. There were Nigerians who were determined to kill for him, steal for him, and in some occasions export his reign of terror beyond the frontiers of Lagos.
Wiring the funds through Nigeria’s banking industry was considered as a risky venture by both Abacha and Jammeh. The duo do not want Interpol and other sub-regional law enforcement agencies to be in the loop. Their money laundering schemes will be noticed if channeled through the banks.
This was how the idea of wiring the funds by sea was conceived. Although, Gambia’s intelligent agents posted at the Banjul ports were kept out of the loop.
When the Abacha dollar container ducked in Banjul, the agents embarked on an inspection to see if the paperwork corroborates its content. Little did they know that the shipment was addressed to their boss Yahya Jammeh.
The intelligent agents (names withheld for now) were alarmed by the content of the container. The container was stacked with dollar bills to capacity.
Like the USATODAY reported the other day, the United States should indeed keep an eye on Jammeh. He has been linked to drugs, and arms trafficking. Mr. Jammeh is also working with Lebanese so called investors considered as “enemies of the United States.”
In fact, one of his Lebanese partners, an influential businessman in the Gambia, has been indicted by the US Treasury Department for funding terrorism. His subsidary companies in Angola were kicked out from that country largely due to the Treasury Department's adverse findings against them.
Essentially, Mr. Jammeh is working against United States interest. His apparent failure to disassociate himself from these Lebanese terrorist supporters clearly demonstrates Jammeh’s association by guilt.
For Jammeh, money supersedes America and Gambia’s national security. He has been bought by these corrupt Lebanese to a point that he has no choice but to accommodate their clandestine dubious business practices.
The US should be action oriented and stop the procrastination before our enemies will strike. Gambia is a safe-haven for Hezbollah members and supporters. Middle Eastern regimes associated with Hezbollah have influence over this mad dog of Africa. He will never expel the Hezbollah financers from the Gambia. He is on their payroll straight up!
Follow our subsequent edition for the full storyon the Abacha container money!
