Subject: Bicycles in The Gambia
Hello Anna,
My name is Tony Novak-Clifford. My wife, Beth and I live in Maui, Hawaii in
the U.S. I am writing to you as a last resort having found your web-page on
the internet.
For several years now, Beth and I have been sponsoring a young boy named
Mustapha Badjie through The Christian Children's Fund...Mustapha is
enrolled in a school and feeding project through CCF. We have recently
received a request for a bicycle from Mustapha...he says he needs it to
help him get to school more regularly. We wish to help him...but have had
little luck in finding information on shops or dealers of biclcles in the
Gambia, and shipping one from the U.S. is outrageously expensive.
I am hoping that perhaps you might be willing to help us with some
information and a way to contact someone who sells bicycles. We would be
most gratefull for any assistance you might provide.
Thank you,
Tony & Beth Novak-Clifford
