GMC is a registered bonafide political party of Gambia. A newspaper cannot call a political party's validity into question. That would be presumptious and counterproductive for the newspaper.

NDAM is still registered until it is deregistered. So it is legally alive. It may be physically dead but we are not terribly concerned about the health of NDAM. NDAM's members should occupy themselves about their party's health and welfare. There are automatic as well as mechanical triggers to render a party legally dead.

Allez Suntou focus on the worthwhile. I am very proud of you.

Haruna.

Subject: GMC's validity call into question

The freedom newspaper ran a story questioning whether Barrister Mai's party is a registered with the IEC. Senegambia news also ran a counter piece on the subject.
Here is the link to all registered political parties.

However, some of the information are stale. Is NDAM is alive? Who is the leader of PDOIS now?

Few questions worth answering. On the IEC website, GMC is registered, unless things have change since.
