[“All heads of the named institutions are invited to the State House today, Friday, 30th November at 9:am to receive their surprise packages from His Excellency. Any institution that failed to show up on time will have its package reduced” the release concluded.]  Wow, be on time or have your packages reduced! The danger is you don't know what is in these packages. I hate to think that this is another event to give out personal items or money to some of these institution heads.
